48-Hour Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• Repeated no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future appointments.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary.

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided for completed treatments. Refunds for unused portions of packages or gift cards will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
